2023 Beta Bee Soft Set Honey
Our bees are located at several sites in and around the mid suffolk/suffolk coastal area, which increases the amount of different pollens and nectars available to them. The result is a deep flavoured floral honey, with almost caramel notes.
The honey our bees create has really beautiful and complex flavours, making it very versatile. We recommend it for baking, mixing into bowls of steaming porridge, drizzling onto your pizza as a sweet contrast to more salty savoury toppings or simply slather it on hot buttered toast!
