Covid-19 Prevention Policy

At Beta Bee we are taking all reasonable precautions to ensure that your products reach you in a way which keeps you and us safe.

Therefore we are cleaning and sanitising any and all products and packaging where possible until they reach the post office or courier.

Where you have selected local delivery/pick up we will contact you in advance to ascertain the safest way to get your product to you. Masks will be worn by us (we request that you do the same) and social distancing will be carried out where practically possible.

We request that if you have chosen local delivery/pick up and you are shielding or you become symptomatic you notify us as quickly as possible so that we can discuss with you alternative delivery arrangements.
